Candidate shall be able to generate and identify sales leads for businesses in the New Orleans and surrounding areas for fire alarm, security, access control and AV systems. This is an outside sales position which concentrates on gaining new accounts through face-to-face interactions. He/she shall have the ability to determine needs and make appropriate suggestions, then estimate materials and cost and propose complete solutions. Skills required: ¨ Ability to make cold sales calls by phone and in person. ¨ Excellent communication, both speaking and written. ¨ Ability to multi-task ¨ Strong computer skills especially the Microsoft office suite of programs. ¨ Strong work ethics and poses the ability to work well independently and with other members of the ADS team. The position includes salary, 401k, insurance plan, paid vacation, and the use of a company car.
